How do I set up email on my iPhone?
To set up your Business Email mailbox on an Apple iPhone or iPad, you need to:
- Head to the Settings icon and locate the Accounts & Passwords option.
- Then select ‘Add Account’.
- Select Other from this list.
- Select Add Mail Account.
- Input the information requested:
Name: Anything
Email: [email protected] (Check in your Excel File, You would have got your username.)
Password: Mailbox Password (Check in your Excel File, You will have got your password.)
Description: Work, Business…etc
IMAP:
Incoming Mail Server:
Host Name: mail.domain.com (Check in your Excel File, You will have got your host name.)
Username: [email protected] (Check in your Excel File, You will have got your username.)
Password: Mailbox Password (Check in your Excel File, You will have got your host name.)
Port: 993 SSL
Outgoing Mail Server:
Host Name: mail.domain.com (Check in your Excel File, You will have got your host name.)
Username: [email protected] (Check in your Excel File, You will have got your host name.)
Password: Mailbox Password (Check in your Excel File, You will have got your host name.)
Port: 465 SSL
- Finally, select the mail account and go into the Outgoing Mail Server settings. Select Primary Server, make sure SSL is switched on and the port is set to 465.
